Gazeley, a leading global supplier of logistics warehouses and distribution parks, has finalized the lease agreements of two warehouses at G.Park Kandel and Magna Park Berlin. This completes the letting of all Gazeley's existing properties in Germany, which totals approximately 177,000 m² of space.
Third-party logistics provider, Barth Logistik-Systeme, has signed up for the last available warehouse at G.Park Kandel and will use the 4,610 m² building for the storage and distrubition of tyres. Situated in Rhineland-Palatinate, G. Park Kandel is one of the biggest distribution parks in the area and has proved popular for companies in the automotive supplier sector.
The remaining 7,000 m² warehouse at Magna Park Berlin has been rented on a long-term contract to a locally based company.
