Full house for Citys Plantation Place South (UK)

Credit Suisse Asset Management, acting on behalf of CS-Euroreal, has fully let Plantation Place South, 60 Great Tower Street EC3, ahead of the completion of refurbishment works. Axis Speciality Europe Limited has taken 9,135 ft² (approx. 840 m²) on the first floor and Beazley Management Limited has signed for 18,986 ft² on the second floor. Both are existing occupiers.

Cushman & Wakefield and Newton Perkins were appointed as joint leasing agents by Muller Professional Services, acting as advisors to Credit Suisse Asset Management.

The 10-story building close to Fenchurch Street and Cannon Street comprises 161,000 ft² of office and retail space. Plantation Place South was developed by Sir John Ritblat when chief executive of British Land.
