Frasers Property Industrial acquires Dutch logistics scheme

Somerset Capital Partners sells 15.000m² logistics asset in Ede, Netherlands, for an undisclosed amount. The scheme is expected to be completed in July 2021. The buyer is Frasers Property Industrial. The logistics development, situated on the newly developed Food & Businesspark Ede: one of the most sought-after locations in the region for Food-related companies. The site is fully let to a long-term lease tenant.

 

Alexander Heubes, Managing Director Europe at Frasers Property Industrial, said: “With its strategic location in the middle of the Netherlands and some important trading routes, this investment is in the middle of Europe’s key logistics hubs and represents an attractive acquisition for us into the Dutch market."
