Futureal Development Co., member of the Futureal Group, has been founded. Futureal Development is specialized in office and retail development.
A team of ten led by Tibor Tatár CEO have contributed in the development of hundreds of thousand m² office and retail area before, giving strong professional background to the new and ambitious company. The financial-controlling and technical team of Futureal Group give the support to the projects of Futureal Development Co.
Besides the 150,000 m² office- and 30,000 m² retail area to be developed at Corvin Promenade, the company is expanding its portfolio in Hungary and other countries in CEE. Currently they are examining a mixed-used project in the South Buda region and they are planning expansion in Romania.
To continue the success of Cordia Hungary Co., affiliate company of the Futureal Group specialized in residential developments last year Cordia became the market leader in residential sales Futureal Development Co. aims to become a dominant player in the office and retail market. Their strategic goal is to lease 25,000 m² office and retail area per year.
