The Gran Sasso shopping center in Teramo - a development of Foruminvest Italy - is awarded for the best retail development in Italy in 2007 by all businesses associated real estate companies at the 'RE Awards', organized by REurope, in Milan.
The Gran Sasso Shopping Centre, with a surface area of 30,000 m&3178; GLA, will consist of retail units and a 8,900-seat football stadium. The opening of the complex is planned for November 2007.
Other nominees for the RE Awards were Multi Development, Sonae Sierra and the Italian developer Policentro.
