Forever 21 signs long-term lease agreement with CBRE global investors (NL)

Forever 21 and CBRE Global Investors have signed a lease agreement to open the second Forever 21 store in the Netherlands. The clothing retailer will open its new store in the Koopgoot Shopping Centre which is located in the heart of Rotterdam and is the main shopping centre in the city.
The lease agreement comprises 1,712 m² and the shop is scheduled to open in Q3 2015.The shop unit for Forever21 will be created following a refurbishment of the passage leading to the ‘Beursgallery’ and the repositioning of the former tenants.
In 2014, Koopgoot welcomed one of the largest H&M stores in Europe. Koopgoot Shopping Centre is part of the CBRE Dutch Retail Fund, a non-listed real estate fund managed by CBRE Global Investors.
