Schroders Property Investment Management Italy announced the first acquisition for the Schroders Italian Property Fund 2: a modern office building of some 12,300 m² (gross), situated in San Donato, Milan.

The 12,300 m² office building is situated in San Donato, Milan.

The property, which was acquired from listed real estate fund named "Valore Immobiliare Globale" managed by RREEF Fondimmobiliari SGR S.p.A., was built in 2005 and is fully let to leading companies.
