FIABCI, the International Real Estate Federation represented in 60 countries, has organized the worldwide Prix d'Excellence Awards since 1992. For the first time real estate projects in Luxembourg will compete for the highly prestigious awards that recognize development that best embodies excellence in all the real estate disciplines involved in its creation.

The winners will represent Luxembourg for the FIABCI International Prix d'Excellence 2012 in St Petersburg.
The event will take place at Dexia RBC, Esch sur Alzette on September 27, 2011.
The Awards ceremony, presented by Nathalie Reuter RTL will unveil winners of the FIABCI Prix d'Excellence Luxembourg Awards in the following categories:
Projects will be evaluated on concept, architecture, engineering, profitability, marketing results, environmental impact and benefits to the society.
The winners will represent Luxembourg for the FIABCI International Prix d'Excellence 2012 in St Petersburg.
