Fabege lets premises in Kungsholmen to Swedish Contingencies Agency (SE)

Fabege has signed a six-year lease with the Swedish Contingencies Agency, which is to let premises in the Klamparen 10 property, Fleminggatan in Stockholm.

The lease pertains to 5,040 m² of office space at an annual rent of SEK 16 million (approx. €1.7 million). Occupancy is scheduled for June 2012.

The property is currently undergoing total interior renovation in the form of a new floor plan, new surfaces and new technical installations.

A lease for the same property has already been signed with the National Agency for Education, which is letting about 9,000 m² of office space. As a result of the latest lease, 80% of the property has been let.

"We are extremely pleased to have signed yet another important lease for one of our development properties. It is gratifying that the Swedish Contingencies Agency has decided to relocate to our newly renovated property on Kungsholmen," comments Christian Hermelin, CEO of Fabege.
