In connection with the successful IPO of Züblin Immobilière France SA, the French subsidiary of Züblin Immobilien Holding AG, on Euronext in Paris, Natexis Bleichroeder, as lead manager and sole bookrunner, has exercised the over-alltoment option (Greenshoe) granted by Züblin Immobilière France SA.
As a consequence, the total number of shares issued will increase from 1,200,000 by 180,000 up to 1,380,000 shares. In all, the total proceeds of the capital increase is €18,9 million and the free-float of the company is 34.7% of the capital.
