Evolve Estates buys multi-let shopping center in Brierley Hill, West Midlands (UK)

Evolve Estates has acquired The Moor Centre, a 14 unit Shopping Center on High Street,  Brierley Hill in the West Midlands for an undisclosed sum.
The multi-let center, the only purpose built scheme in Brierley Hill,  is let to tenants including Iceland, Superdrug, Boots, Bet Fred and Greggs. A programme of investment and improvements will be delivered in order to attract new retail tenants.

CWM advised Evolve Estates on the purchase and Mason & Partners advised the vendor.
