The Financial Times is delighted to present the 10th Annual FT Property Summit, which will bring together global investors, occupiers, lenders and developers to discuss the opportunities and challenges facing the real estate market.

WHAT'S IT ABOUT?

Chaired by Judith Evans, Property Correspondent for the Financial Times, the summit will provide a window onto the latest investment and development trends to assess what the future holds for London and beyond. Real estate in key gateway markets may have passed its peak, analysts suggest; but the continuing era of low yield means property retains its allure, and investors are looking to fresh locations and property types in the search for yield. Meanwhile, a new generation of occupiers -- both businesses and city-dwellers -- are reshaping how buildings are designed and relate to their surroundings.

How will global political and economic shifts, such as the rise of the populists, the Brexit debate and China's slowdown, affect commercial property? What is the future for investment flows, particularly from sovereign wealth funds? How is real estate adapting to demographic trends and what do the world's fastest-growing companies want from their workspaces?

The summit will include panel discussions, interviews, and presentations, in addition to network opprotunities with global investors, occupiers, lenders, and developers.
