The development is now 80% pre-let, tenants include Tesco Extra, Castorama, Media Saturn, SMYK Megastore, New Yorker, H&M, Cubus, Lindex, Bershka, RTV Euro AGD, Neckermann, Deichmann and McDonalds.
Gerald Kaye, Director of Helical Bar plc, said “This large scheme is in an exceptional location on one of the busiest motorway interchanges in Europe and in the center of Silesia, the industrial heart of Poland. We anticipate it will prove to be the pre-eminent retail destination in the region for years to come. The opening of Europa Centralna is another important milestone in our development pipeline and we have been pleased with the quantity and quality of the lettings achieved to date.”
