Eurohypo and Natixis provide €350m loan for landmark transaction in Frankfurt (DE/FR)

Eurohypo AG and Natixis have jointly arranged the financing of the acquisition by UBS Wealth Management - Continental European Property Fund of two office-building-Ensembles, located in Frankfurt central business district. The deal includes the 'Skyper Tower'-Ensemble (photo), including a 43,000-m² 38-story office building and the 'Alkmene Building'. The banks provided a €350 million senior facility for this acquisition.

The mandate was awarded following a closely-contested tender process led by Shaftesbury Asset Management, which advised the UBS Wealth Management - Continental European Property Fund managed by UBS AG on this deal.
