On behalf of its client - 8 Star - Colliers International has announced the recent sale of EuroCentrum, a 1,8-ha. mixed-use development site in central Warsaw which includes the Alpha Building, a 15,000-m², 20-story office tower. The new owner, Capital Park, is a Polish real estate development company based in Warsaw. Colliers International was retained by the vendor as its exclusive agent.
EuroCentrum is a multifunctional complex which was originally planned to include four office buildings totaling 52, 000 m², a four-star hotel, retail space and 800 underground parking spaces. The entire complex is located on Aleje Jerozolimskie in an area presently under intense development, on a direct route to the very center of the city. Its location provides excellent access to the Warsaw-Okêcie International Airport and Central and West Warsaw railway stations.
