Erste Group Immorent announces it will be developing the Enterprise Office Center in Prague, comprising 29,069 m² of class-A office space on 11 floors and 2,622 m² on the ground floor for services for tenants. Office Center will be developed in Prague’s 4th district which benefits from excellent public infrastructure and is therefore one of the most popular business districts with a vacancy rate of only 6%.
The Czech antivirus software provider AVAST will be the first tenant to establish its headquarters in the office center, renting approximately one third (11,108 m²) of the total space once the building is completed in 2015.
