Erste Bank has signed a lease agreement for 5,500 m² in the BSR Center in Budapest, taking the occupancy level to 78%.
This transaction supports the market forecast according to which the available office space will run out due to the shortage of developments; the largest available joint space in BSR Center is 1,700 m².
The BSR Center, located in Váci Street, provides ideal office space both for smaller companies and companies demanding large areas. The elegant office building with its excellent services spacious restaurant and café, inner garden and terraces, underground and surface parking facilities make ideal working environment.
Evelin Ducsai, Operations Director of Erste Bank Hungary Zrt., comments: "BSR Center is ideal choice for the bank to place its Call Center and Operation Center. The good accessibility, the spacious inside and variability and the wide range of services greatly contributed to our decision."
The lessor was represented by the two exclusive agents for the office building, GVA Robertson and DTZ.
