AM has appointed ing. H.E. (Erik) Röling MRE MRICS as director commercial real estate. Erik Röling (42) are originating from Johan Matser Projectontwikkeling in the Netherlands. He becomes employed by 1 august at AM.
Erik Röling was as from 1995 operative at Johan Matser, where he has held the function of deputy director since 2000. Before he worked at Amstelland vastgoed, one of the predecessors of the current AM.
With this appointment, AM strengthens the expertise for commercial vastgoed, earlier announced. AM will develop the coming years further into full service area developer. Broadening of the activities is one of the pillars in the increase strategy of the venture, this from the view that in 'the Netherlands of tomorrow' no simple tasks will exist. The scale size and the complexity of projects will increase further.
The expansion of the AM portfolio of commercial real estate and multipurpose projects will take place under the guidance of Erik Röling in close cooperation with the seven regional offices of AM.
