Equity Estate has announced the leasing of 12,373 m² of space within the Willebroek logistics center Tri-Access, which is owned by its Sharia-compliant fund Queristics Investment.
The company said it has reached an agreement with the Belgian service provider Forlog for the leasing of the last available unit as from 1 May 2009.
Queristics' Tri-Access logistics center has a total surface area of 33,693 m². Forlog was already a tenant in the property with approximately 9,783 m² of space.
Following the leasing deal, Queristics' European logistics fund's portfolio, totalling 79,679 m², is again 100% leased. The fund owns three properties in Belgium, Germany and the Netherlands. The transaction was accomplished by BNP Paribas.
