ECE Türkiye, a subsidiary of Germany-based ECE, has taken over the management and leasing out of the Neomarin shopping center in Pendik district on the Asian side of Istanbul as of December 5, 2011. It will be the 10th center under management in its Turkey portfolio.

The Neomarin shopping center in Pendik with its 36,000 m² of retail space hosts 130 national and international as well as local brands with 20 restaurants and cafés for approx. 600 people and has a car park capacity for 1,200 cars, a hypermarket and also children's entertainment facilities.
Pendik with 1.85 million people living in the surrounding area is in one of Istanbul's newly developing districts with new office buildings and residential projects close to the shopping center. Neomarin located right in the heart of this new development is easily accessible by car from the E 5 highway, as well as with public transportation and on foot.
