EC Harris appoints new Head of Commercial Property (UK)

International Built Asset Consultancy, EC Harris, has appointed Richard Taylor as Partner and Head of its Commercial Sector.

Richard joins EC Harris from Davis Langdon where he led the retail sector across the UK, Europe and the Middle East for four years, spending in total 21 years with the firm.

Richard brings extensive knowledge of shopping center development, office development and retail investment programs, having completed numerous shopping centers, supermarkets, commercial and mixed use developments including Liverpool One.

At EC Harris, Richard will be responsible for driving the firm's commercial sector across the world with specific emphasis on shopping center and office development, investment and management.

Richard will be taking over as Head of Commercial from Mark Farmer, who will lead the Residential, Hotel, Sports and Leisure sector.
