DTZ Asset Management has acquired the Crystal Defense office in the Nanterre suburb of Paris from IVG Immobilien AG on behalf of a large French institutional investor. The office is situated in the Seine Arche integrated development zone (ZAC) Nanterre, close to the Paris 'La Defense' business district. The scheme was built in 2003 and comprises 15,000 m² of office space which is entirely let to HSBC.

DTZ Asset Management led the acquisition process. Fidal advised on tax and legal matters, alongside accountancy firm Prejean and notary firm Alexandre. Siena Ingenierie and Gestec advised on technical and energy consumption aspects.
