DTZ appoints Balázs Czifra as Country Head for Hungary (HU)

Global real estate services firm DTZ is pleased to announce the appointment of Balázs Czifra to the role of Country Head for Hungary. Balázs Czifra commenced his new role on April 1, 2011.

Balázs Czifra brings over 13 years property sector experience having undertaken a variety of commercial property consultancy, property development work both in Hungary and the CEE region. Previously he worked as a Commercial Director for Continental Europe at SEGRO. Prior to that he spent nine years at DTZ and led the industrial agency team for three years.

Steve Watts, Chief Operating Officer for DTZ Continental Europe and Middle East said: "I am delighted that Balázs will be joining us as the new Country Head of DTZ Hungary. He brings with him extensive experience that will continue to strengthen our position in the region. Having previously worked for DTZ, Balázs is aware of our commitment to delivering exceptional service to clients and supporting their long-term success."

Balázs Czifra received a Master's degree in Real Estate from the Nottingham Trent University, and has been a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors since 2001.
