As of June 1 drs. M.R.(Max) Berkelder will leave Kempen & Co to join IBUS Asset Management B.V. in Hoofddorp, the Netherlands. Berkelder will be responsible for Asset Management, Institutional Investor Relations and Business Development.
IBUS develops and invests in office, retail, residential and hotel properties in the United States, the United Kingdom, France, Switzerland, The Netherlands and Germany. Since inception, more than 35 real estate funds, with a total investment consideration in excess of EUR 900 million, have been introduced.
Over the years, more than half of these investments were successfully sold. A team of over 30 professionals is based in offices in the Netherlands and the United States.
