REDEVCO announces that Dominic Brenninkmeyer took over as non-executive Chairman of REDEVCO Europe from John Brenninkmeijer on 1 January 2008 following John Brenninkmeijer's retirement.
Dominic Brenninkmeyer is also Senior Partner at Bregal Investments, Cofra Holding AG's private equity arm. Prior to this, he held several positions at C&A, most recently as CEO/Chairman of C&A Germany.
With the appointment of Dominic the Board of REDEVCO Europe now comprises:
