Prologis, Inc., operator and developer of industrial real estate, today announced that Docout, a document and business process outsourcing, has signed a new 10-year lease for a 22,800 m² distribution facility at Prologis Park Sallent in Spain.
The facility will support Docout’s plans for continued growth in the region, thanks to its strategic location close to Barcelona and its cost-effective, modern design.
Jesús Usar, chief executive officer, Docout said: “We are very happy with the Prologis facility as it will allow us to provide our high security, digital document and business process outsourcing services to clients in Catalonia while benefitting from operational efficiency gains.”
In the first quarter of 2013 Docout signed a leasing agreement for a 43,500 m² facility at Prologis Park Tarancón.

Now 100% leased, Prologis Park Sallent is a modern logistics park located northwest of Barcelona at the intersection of the C-16 Motorway between Barcelona and Manresa, and the C-25 Motorway which runs between Cervera and Cassà de la Selva.
