Dinu Patriciu Global Properties (DPGP) announces the sale of Karolinen Fasitigheter AB Sweden portfolio to Hemofsa Fastigheter.

Karolinen Fastigheter AB comprises seven office buildings totaling over 75,000 m².



DPGP has agreed to sell its Swedish asset Karolinen Fastigheter AB which comprises seven office buildings in City of Karlstad totaling over 75,000 m². The asset value is approximately SEK 975m (€100 million). At present, the portfolio is over 95% leased. The tenants include companies such as GE, Länsstyrelsen i Värmland, Landstinget i Värmland, Lindebergs, SWECO Sverige AB, Domstolsverket.

Mark Owen, Property Director at DPGP says: "With a strong property conditions prevalent in Sweden, a good exchange on currency and the fact we have been able to maintain a low vacancy rate and improving rent roll, this was an opportune time to exit this portfolio and concentrate on our core markets across the rest of Europe."

DPGP controls 126 real estate assets across seven European Union member countries: Germany, Romania, Sweden, Poland, the Netherlands, France and Belgium.

CBRE, Linklaters and Ernst & Young acted for DPGP on the sale.
