Delancey completes Aviator Park letting to Royal Caribbean Cruises (UK)

Delancey has completed a major letting to Royal Caribbean Cruises at its 23,800 m² Business Park in Addlestone, Surrey. Royal Caribbean has taken 3,252 m² representing the entire Building X1B, on a new 15 year full repairing and insuring lease at a rent of £862,762, equating to circa £25 per ft². Earlier this year, Juniper Networks took 1,958 m² of space in Building X1A on a 10 year lease at a rent of £548,106 per annum.

These two lettings leave just 3,914 m² of phase 1 space in building X1A remaining. Phase 2 provides consent for a further 14,400 m² of offices comprising four further buildings from 19,160 ft² to 57,760 ft².

Tim Haden Scott, a director of Delancey, commented: "Following the letting earlier this year to Juniper Networks UK, we are pleased to welcome Royal Caribbean Cruises to Aviator Park. This Business Park is now firmly established as a prime business destination and is well placed to offer companies high quality office accommodation close to local amenities and only 1.5 miles from Junction 11 of the M25."

CB Richard Ellis and Knight Frank acted on behalf of Delancey. Cushman & Wakefield acted on behalf of Royal Caribbean.
