With the purchase of the BEMA PLAZA property in Wroclaw, Deka-ImmobilienFonds has transacted its first investment in Poland. In behalf of the open-ended public fund, Deka Immobilien GmbH acquired the centrally situated office and retail complex in the vicinity of the Wroclaw historic district for approximately €106 million. The seller is Belgian developer Ghelamco Group.
