Deka Immobilien, advised by Horizon Asset Management France, have concluded a 9 year fixed lease with Banque de France for 10 500m² in the Paris CBD building 'Opéra Victoire' (25,000m²) which will be vacated during 2010 by BNP Paribas.
This is the first 'green lease' concluded by Deka Immobilien and Horizon Asset Management in the French market.
The Opéra Victoire building will be renovated with the objective of obtaining HQE certification and on completion of works, end 2011, the remaining 15,000 m² will be marketed.
