Deka Immobilien GmbH has acquired a distribution warehouse in Moerdijk in the Netherlands for around 22 million.
The asset, which was developed in two phases from 2000 to 2002, has a total leasable area of 57,000 m², of which about 53,600 m² is warehouse space and 2,800 m² is used as office space. The vendor and long-term tenant is the Danish logistics services provider DSV.
Cushman & Wakefield and Baker & McKenzie advised the buyer.
