ING Real Estate has announced that Dawn Prideaux de Lacy has been appointed to the new position of Chief Operations Officer for ING Real Estate Investment Management, effective 29 October 2007. Located in The Hague, Dawn will be responsible for overseeing all operational and administrative aspects of the global business across 21 countries in all major real estate markets.
Dawn joins ING Real Estate from a long and highly successful career with Morgan Stanley. She most recently held the position of Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) for Morgan Stanley Investment Management Europe in London. Prior to this Dawn was the CAO for Morgan Stanley Investment Banking, responsible for operational risk and all aspects of financial management and infrastructure. She has also held several Executive Director roles for Morgan Stanley in Asia.
