David Izett joins Cushman & Wakefield Russia from the firm's London office (RU)

Cushman & Wakefield, a leading global real estate services firm, today announces that David Izett, Business Development Partner, in Cushman & Wakefield, UK will join the Moscow office of the firm as Chief Operating Officer.

Izett will work with and report to Sergey Riabokobylko, who became CEO of Cushman & Wakefield Russia in June 2012.

David Izett joined Cushman & Wakefield UK in 2011 to lead and develop the UK and EMEA key client programs. Previously, Izett worked in leading positions for Colliers International (CEO of Colliers UK from 2001 to 2010 and Joint Chairman of Colliers EMEA from 2004 to 2010).

He has broad experience in general management, equity raising, debt restructuring and mergers and acquisitions. Izett has a degree from The University of Warwick in the UK and is a fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
