Danone sells its Warsaw headquarters (PL)

Cushman & Wakefield, a global commercial real estate consultant, represented Danone in its sale and leaseback transaction in Warsaw, Poland.

Danone has sold its main office building of approx. 5,000 m² in Redutowa Street in Warsaw to a private equity fund. Pursuant to the sale and leaseback agreement Danone signed a new long-term lease for that property with the fund.

Danone has been operating in Poland for over 19 years and employs over 1,400 staff. The Polish branch is part of the Danone Group, the world's leader in the food sector. It offers primarily dairy products such as yoghurts and cheeses which are manufactured in its two Polish factories: in Warsaw and in Bieruñ near Tychy.
