"Toms has been looking for an appropriate building in Poland for nearly a year in order to reduce production costs. The adaptation works will require only minor changes to meet tenant specific needs. The commitment of local authorities, in particular, the direct support of the President of the City has contributed to making the final facility location choice," said Wojciech Dachniewski, negotiator in the industrial department of Cushman & Wakefield.

The Polish Information and Foreign Investment Agency has also participated in the process of seeking a location for the Danish producer.
