Eston International's Industrial & Logistics Property Division has successfully concluded a lease transaction of 6,000 m² in Győr with Dana Hungary.
Dana Hungary, as a subsidiary of the international Dana Corporation primarily supplies genuine service parts for vehicle manufacturers. Dana Hungary chose VGP Park, where they lease 5,540 m² storage and 616 m² of office area.
VGP Group is present in six countries in Europe with various industrial projects. Their Hungarian development, VGP Park Győr has an excellent location within the civic borders of the city, on the Vienna-Budapest line, near highway M1, with direct connection to it.
