Eston International's Industrial & Logistics Property Division has successfully concluded a lease transaction of 6,000 m² in Győr with Dana Hungary.
Dana Hungary, as a subsidiary of the international Dana Corporation primarily supplies genuine service parts for vehicle manufacturers. Dana Hungary chose VGP Park, where they lease 5,540 m² storage and 616 m² of office area.
VGP Group is present in six countries in Europe with various industrial projects. Their Hungarian development, VGP Park Győr has an excellent location within the civic borders of the city, on the Vienna-Budapest line, near highway M1, with direct connection to it. The complex industrial-logistics park with its infrastructural features and services (shuttle busses, customs clearance, restaurant, café, conference rooms, bank branch) is an excellent choice for logistics-supplier companies.
"Dana Hungary's successful lease transaction was preceded by an international enquiry. Thanks to a complex cooperation, we managed to find and to advise a sufficient solution to our client within a short time.
"Since Dana Hungary was looking for an appropriate industrial park for its operations specifically in Győr or its agglomeration, VGP Park with its fit-out and high standard services is the right choice for them with no doubt.
"We are pleased to have concluded a lease transaction effectively with Dana Hungary in a market which lacks in quality supply in this post-crisis period. Industrial-logistics property market in Győr and its agglomeration has been by far one of the best performing regions among the Hungarian submarkets," says Ernő Kiss, Head of Industrial and Logistics Property Division at Eston.
VGP Park hosts tenants such as Skiny, Szemerey Transport, HL-Display and now Dana Hungary.
