C&W secured new tenants for over 2,000 m² in Terrapark Next offices (HU)

Cushman & Wakefield (C&W) was involved in three new lease agreements for over 2,000 m² in Terrapark Next office building in Budaörs, Hungary.

With C&W’s involvement, the world’s largest soft-drink producer Coca-Cola has recently signed a new 170 m² lease agreement at Terrapark Next B/C. The aim of Coca-Cola to open up a small office close to Budapest in order to train their sales team and ultimately increase awareness of their brand in their Hungarian market. Terrapark Next B/C was deemed as the perfect place to commence this function owing to its excellent accessibility to M1 / M7 Motorway network.

Secondly Aladdin Medical, have acquired 67 m² at Terrapark Next B/B. Aladdin Medical maintain medical appliances and liked Terrapark Next B/C due to its accessibility and the flexibility of the landlord.

C&W also represented the DuPont in their lease renewal for 1,930 m² office space in Terrapark Next B/D & B/E.

With these transactions Terrapark Next is 77 % occupied with such tenants as Invitel, Roche, Carlsberg and Tchibo. Cushman & Wakefield is the exclusive letting agent and property manager of Terrapark Next office building.
