Cushman & Wakefield wins property management of two Warsaw offices from Deutsche AWM (RU)

Cushman & Wakefield has been appointed property manager of two major Warsaw office buildings by Deutsche Asset & Wealth Management – Green Corner (28,187 m² GLA) located in the Wola district and Kopernik Office Buildings (22,673 m² GLA) located in the Włochy district. C&W will focus on optimizing the cost of facilities’ operation and on increasing value of the properties.
Both buildings are well recognized on the market and, within their category, they provide outstanding solutions for its tenants. C&W started management of the properties in January 2015. C&W will also continue to manage the landmark Focus Office (34,000 m²) which has been under its care since 2011.
Aneta Rogowicz-Gała, Head of Property & Asset Management, Cushman & Wakefield, said, “While we have been actively managing commercial property in the Polish market for the past 17 years, we have selectively grown our portfolio under management during the last 18 months to 630,000 m². The extension of our portfolio by further 50,860 m²of office space follows the award of two substantial retail portfolios last year from Tristan Capital Partners and elbfonds Development.”
