Cushman & Wakefield names Toby Dodd as Executive Director, Singapore (SG)

Cushman & Wakefield has announced that Toby Dodd has been promoted to the position of Executive Director, Singapore. Toby's focus will be on continuing to build Cushman & Wakefield's presence in the Singapore market, and to further develop the firm's service lines across the industry. Toby will work with Donald Han, Vice Chairman of Cushman & Wakefield in Singapore to raise the firm's profile and to continue to improve market share.

Toby has most recently been the General Manager for Cushman & Wakefield in Vietnam. Over the 3 years spent in this role, he has successfully built a sustainable business platform with dominant market share.

Toby has been with Cushman & Wakefield since 2001. He initially joined Cushman & Wakefield in London and worked in the investment team for 3 years. He was then moved to Hong Kong and later to Singapore, to work for the Strategic Account management team, where he ran several regional accounts. He moved to Ho Chi Minh City in 2007 to establish the Cushman & Wakefield operations in Vietnam.

The Cushman & Wakefield Vietnam business will continue to run under the leadership of Ms. Dang Phuong Hang, Managing Director.
