Cushman & Wakefield Investors (CWI) announce the appointment of John Tsang as Finance Director, based in London as of August 1, 2011.

Tsang has over 19 years' experience in the real estate industry, 10 of which have been in the fund management sector. John joined from Apache Capital Partners and previously worked for Grosvenor in Hong Kong, SG Hambros Trust Company, Fidelity International, and Morgan Stanley.

Tsang holds a BSc (Hons) in Electrical Engineering from Southampton University, an MBA from Stern Business School of New York University and also speaks Cantonese, Mandarin (Putonghua) and Shanghainese.

David Rendall, European CEO at Cushman & Wakefield Investors said, "As CWI increases its fund management presence in mainland Europe and the UK, there is a requirement for a Financial Director to help to drive and support this growth. Investment management is a key area of growth in the group's strategic plan.

"The focus on growth within a complex and changing regulatory and macroeconomic environment will require appropriate investment in support infrastructure, systems, procedures and people."
