Cushman & Wakefield hires team of experts led by Marco Mallucci from Savills (DE)

Global real estate adviser Cushman & Wakefield has significantly strengthened its presence in Germany with the recruitment of five leading office agency professionals in Frankfurt. Marco Mallucci, Bastian Jourdan, Frederik Schmidt-Wankel, Fabian Kupczyk and Jonas Kildau have resigned from Savills to join the Office Agency team of Cushman & Wakefield in Frankfurt with effect 1st June.
Mallucci will join Cushman & Wakefield as partner and the new head of office agency in Frankfurt and will be responsible for spearheading the growth of the team.
These appointments are aligned with Cushman & Wakefield’s global strategy of investing in key foundation cities around the world to notably enhance market share across all service lines.

Denis Stern, who has been leading the Frankfurt Office Agency team, takes on a new role of being a central interface for global corporate clients with C&W in Germany.
