Cushman & Wakefield grows UK asset management team (UK)

Cushman & Wakefield has announced that it has appointed Dean Maszlin as a partner in its central London asset management team. His appointment is effective April 18, 2011.

Dean joins from CB Richard Ellis where, since 2003, he has been responsible for key clients and buildings, most recently having been instrumental in the set-up of Draper's Gardens for Exemplar and Canary Wharf. He has over 25 years' experience in operations and facilities management, particularly in the delivery of hard services, having previously specialized in these disciplines at Prudential and Honeywell on flagship portfolios.

Polly Plunket-Checkemian, Head of Central London Asset Management, Cushman & Wakefield, said, "Dean brings a wealth of experience in the provision of operational asset and property management advice. He joins the firm at an exciting time and strengthens the specialist market-leading mobilization service offered to developers, most recently Heron International with Heron Tower."
