Cushman & Wakefield expands Retail Asset Management team (UK)

Cushman & Wakefield has appointed Anne Rush as Partner in its expanding retail asset management team.

Her role will be focused on the strategic development of the firm's asset management service line across the UK. Previously Anne worked as National Property Manager for Capital & Regional Plc, which she joined in 2004.

During the last two years, Anne has led the due diligence on a number of major shopping center sales and has played a key role in the development of The Mall Green Policy. Prior to Capital & Regional Plc, Anne worked within the fund management team at PruPIM. Anne is an external tutor for the College of Estate Management on the Shopping Center Diploma course.

Cushman & Wakefield's retail asset management team has secured eight new mandates in the last year resulting in increased market share, a 20% growth in revenues and an increase in staff numbers. The team manages 28 UK centers for clients including Aviva, Hermes, Development Securities, Kandahar, The Crown and Land Securities. It won 'Retail/Leisure Agency Team of the Year' at the 2010 Property Awards Winner and a 'Purple Apple' at the 2010 BCSC Shopping Centre Marketing Awards.
