Cushman & Wakefield LLP has announced that it has been appointed by Jaguar Land Rover as its global preferred real estate partner. Cushman & Wakefield has acted on behalf of Jaguar Land Rover for more than eight years as a part its relationship with the Ford Motor Company; in the early part of 2008 JLR was bought by TATA Motors.
The account is managed by Cushman & Wakefield's Client Solutions team and services provided include strategic consulting, transaction management, office and industrial agency, planning, valuation, rent review/lease renewals and Building Consultancy.
Commenting on the appointment, Simon O'Reilly, account partner, who leads the team at Cushman & Wakefield, said: "During the many years of servicing the JLR account we have seen numerous strategic and organizational changes. In reaction to these changes we have regularly adapted our approach and levels of support to fit the needs of their global business. JLR's decision to reappoint us following the purchase by TATA Motors is further ratification of the strength of our people, our innovative approach and our commitment to continually improve and develop our service provision."
