Cushman & Wakefield advised Warwick Business School on its new campus (UK)

Cushman & Wakefield, the world’s largest privately-owned commercial real estate services firm, has advised Warwick Business School on its new London campus at The Shard.
The 12.000 ft² space (approx. 1.114 m²) on the 17th floor will house state-of-the-art lecture theatres, seminar rooms, an IT lab and will initially be used for the delivery of the MSc Finance and MSc Human Resource Management & Employment Relations courses, starting in January 2015. There are also plans to run the Warwick Executive MBA from The Shard as well.
Adam Egan, an associate in Cushman & Wakefield’s London Occupier Representation team, said: “This is a major statement of intent from Warwick Business School and represents a landmark moment for it and The Shard. Cushman & Wakefield is delighted to have had the opportunity to advise Warwick Business School in securing such an internationally recognizable and iconic building for its London campus. This transaction is a watershed moment for the central London occupational market in that it proves top quality higher education occupiers will commit to real estate of equal boldness, quality and vision.”
