Both companies have agreed on a long-term cooperation, and CTP has committed to further support NOD’s growth. The investment is estimated at approximately €15m and a property is built in accordance with the CTP’s latest 2020 white book standards. “We are continuously investing in the improvement of our standards. We are upgrading interior office fixtures, bath and shower room furnishings, LED lighting, fire safety and loading bay doors, to name a few,” says Marian Orzu, Head of Leasing and Business Development Department, Romania.

Currently, there are approximately 1 000 people employed at the park, and CTP expects this number to grow to at least 2 000 people by the next year.
