Credit Suisse Asset Management Management Immobilien Kapitalanlageges MbH, Frankfurt am Main (CSAM) has decided to place the management of its open-end real estate portfolio CS-Euroreal in the Netherlands with one organization, being Dynamis ABC Bedrijfsmatig Onroerend Goed.
Before CSAM worked with several managers in the Netherlands. The portfolio currently has an invested capital of € 500 million and approx. 200,000 m². The portfolio exists of 15 office buildings. According to CSAM, they are the fifth German investor in the Netherlands.
