The Supervisory Board of Corio N.V. has the intention to appoint Mr. J.G. (Jan) Haars as Chief Financial Officer and member of the Management Board of Corio after notification to the general meeting of shareholders on 23 April 2007.
The Netherlands Authority for the Financial Markets (AFM) already agreed to the intended appointment. Jan Haars will be appointed as from 1 May 2007 for a period of four years. He has already acted as financial director on an interim base since 12 October 2006.
Jan Haars has over 30 years' international experience in several financial and managerial positions, among others as financial director of Royal Boskalis Westminster and TNT, vice president and head of financial markets of Rabo International and Group Treasurer of Unilever. He is a member of the Supervisory Board and chairman of the audit committee of Delta Lloyd.
