Dutch property investor Corio is to acquire a 37,600 m² retail centre that is to be developed by French Sogam, a subsidiary of the Vinci Group in Coignieres, 25 km west of Paris.
According to an agreement signed in February 2006, Corio will acquire this turnkey project for approx. €85 million upon completion, which is expected to be in 2008.
