Construction work has begun on the second office building in the International Business Centre complex on ul. Polna in Warsaw. The investor is GLL Real Estate Partners and Quinlan Private Golub is the developer. A contract for the general contractor has been signed with Budokor a division of Hochtief Polska.

The project was begun on a speculative basis, but negotiations are now being finalized with two tenants who are interested in approximately 1,500 m² each of space within the building, according to Michał Melaniuk, the director of marketing and leasing at Quinlan Private Golub.
The 19,400 m² 2nd phase of the IBC has started 3 years after the completion of the first building - the developer of which was GE Capital Golub, with Budokor as general contractor.
